Director, Prison Programs

Bethany MacDonald works with the Global Programs Office. She specializes in the areas of program performance and evaluation, ministry reporting, as well as product development and fulfillment, and providing support to Prison Fellowship International’s Regional Offices and program partners. Bethany believes in the transformative power of a relationship with Jesus Christ and wants to bring that hope and opportunity to others.

Bethany has guided the launch and implementation of The Prisoner’s Journey, Sycamore Tree Project: Justice and Peace®: Justice and Peace, Prison Project Philip, and Public Reading of Scripture in over 40 countries.

Bethany holds a Bachelor’s in Government and International Politics from George Mason University, with minors in Legal Studies and Public Policy and Management.
