Roy Moussalli

Regional Director, Middle East and North Africa "MENA"

Roy Moussalli is a Regional Director who supports National Ministries in the Middle East and North Africa region at Prison Fellowship International, bringing us 36 years of experience working with nonprofit ministries. Roy is also an expert trainer in a restorative justice program, the “Sycamore Tree Project: Justice and Peace®: Justice and Peace” (STP).

Roy specializes in the areas of restorative justice, strategic management and ministry in a minority context. He provides support and program management services to National Ministries. Roy understands the challenges regions face when embracing PFI’s vision and knows what truly drives success within National Ministries, so he works diligently to support them in their important mission.

Roy has supported National Ministries serving prisoners and families in more than 18 countries worldwide, and National Ministries serving people with disabilities and their families in more than 25 countries worldwide.

Roy holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the American University of Beirut (AUB) and an International Diploma of Restorative Justice from Queen’s University in Kingston, Canada. Roy also holds a professional certificate in Strategic Management of Non-Government Organizations from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
