Luis Bravo

Luis Bravo is a Regional Manager supporting the Latin America & Caribbean region at Prison Fellowship International, bringing us seven years of experience working in the Business Process Outsourcing & Software industries. Luis specializes in Learning & Development and is great at training, empowering and leading teams. He believes that trusting relationships, teamwork and fast adaptability are the keys to success. 

 Luis has worked in the design and implementation of global learning strategies and global leadership development programs that have impacted the career paths of many of employees around the world for a global tech company. Along with his professional background, Luis is bringing his passion for spreading the Gospel. He has 20 years of experience serving the Lord in local and international ministries in his home country, including experience at the local prisons. 

 Luis holds a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Thomas More University in Nicaragua with a specialization in Supply Chain Management. He is also a certified Agile Coach and Agile Team Facilitator.
