Enocent Silwamba

Senior Regional Director, Africa

Enocent Silwamba is a Senior Regional Director who works with and supports national ministry leaders in Africa. Enocent brings more than 25 years’ experience working with prisoners, ex-prisoners, and their families, volunteers, and Prison Fellowship stakeholders. Enocent specializes in the areas of leadership and governance and provides coaching, mentoring, leadership training, conflict management and resolution, and program management services to national ministries. Enocent knows and believes that effective leadership does not happen by chance but through equipping, encouraging, and empowering.

Enocent has worked at Prison Fellowship Zambia as national chaplain and executive director. He built the national ministry’s presence from only in a few prisons to 47 prisons of the 54 Zambian prisons. He established Care Groups in more than 40 towns and cities where prisons are, training and equipping volunteers. Enocent has also served a pastor, regional bishop, and presiding bishop of the Pentecostal Holiness Church in Zambia.

Enocent holds a Diploma in Theology from Evangelical University in Zambia and a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Theology from Gloucester University in the United Kingdom (in collaboration with Moorlands College). He also has several certificates in leadership, community development, and personnel administration.
