Vice President, Finance and Administration

Wilson brings Prison Fellowship International more than 25 years’ experience in financial leadership. After multiple financial analyst roles within Boeing, Wilson teamed with colleagues to develop and implement an enterprise resource planning system (replacing over three hundred systems with one) and then was tasked to be the business manager for Boeing’s World Headquarters relocation project. Next, he moved into enterprise auditor and management roles, improving financial, operational, and compliance controls across Boeing’s global enterprise.

From 2006 through 2017, Wilson served in increasing international financial leadership roles within Boeing. In these roles, Wilson addressed Boeing’s international infrastructure and compliance gaps, provided guidance for international business acquisition, and enabled international business execution. In 2017, Wilson became the CFO of Boeing Saudi Arabia and led the finance function for cross business unit and joint ventures business growth and execution. Wilson returned to Seattle, Washington (USA) in 2020 as the Middle East Global Sales Contracts Regional Director in a matrixed organization, responsible for airplane contracts in four Middle East countries. During his experiences at Boeing, he developed mature leadership skills, being “flexibly impactful,” adjusting his leadership to the role needs he fulfilled.

Wilson attended the University of Washington in Seattle for both his undergraduate and graduate degrees. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Business Economics with honors. He also earned his MBA in Strategic Planning, Marketing, and Managerial Accounting.
