Sr. Programs Coordinator, Prison Programs

Daniel O’Connor works on the Global Programs team. Daniel supports program implementation and evaluation of Prison Fellowship International’s two signature prison programs, (The Prisoner’s Journey and Sycamore Tree Project: Justice and Peace®: Justice and Peace) and two derivative programs (Public Reading of Scripture and Prison Project Philip).

Daniel plays an integral role in program delivery across more than 40 Prison Fellowship International affiliate countries. Daniel specializes in data analysis and visualization, systems development, program technical assistance, and program evaluation. Daniel administers a myriad of resources that push information to both internal and external stakeholders.

One highlight for Daniel was participating in the graduation ceremony of a The Prisoner’s Journey course inside a South American prison with representatives of Prison Fellowship International’s strategic partner, Bible League International, to launch the Prison Project Philip discipleship program.

Daniel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from George Mason University and is proficient in Microsoft Office, Smartsheets, and other reporting systems. Daniel’s goals include obtaining PMP, CNP, and Restorative Justice certifications.
